Our rental rates are based on peak periods and optimum utilization of our space. Our regular prime time daily rental rate is $1500.00 + HST. Non-peak days are discounted to promote usage. And now, for August 2023, we are offering EXTRA SPECIAL PRICING.

Rental Rates

Rates are based on 8:30am - 5:00pm access on weekdays. Earlier access, or later end times can be arranged for an additional cost. Weekends can also be accommodated however the cost will be quoted based on your project’s needs.

1 Day Rental - AUGUST ONLY

Monday or Friday

Our best rate on a single day rental, choose a Monday or Friday and save $600 off our regular rate for the month of April.

2 Day Rental - AUGUST ONLY

(Mon/Tue OR Thurs/Fri OR Weekend)

Hold your two day training course in the beginning or end of the week and save $400.00 of our regular 2 day rental rate.

3 Day Rental - AUGUST ONLY

Any 3 consecutive week days .

$4500.00 + HST $3525.00+HST

5 Day Rental - APRIL ONLY

Take our space for an entire week and save even more.

Wednesday is a premium day for our learning studio. To save money consider starting your program on a Monday or Thursday.
